Staff were efficient and the hotel was pleasant, it had incredible location to train stations. We stayed for 1 night and appreciated the room, which was new-fashioned. Location: the property was near to buses and London and The Shepherds Bush Empire.

The toilet flushed well, breakfast was okay but the same each day: hard boiled egg, toast, various jams, 3-4 pieces of pre-packaged cheese, individual boxes of Kellogg cereal; orange juice from concentrate; decent coffee; milk; decent croissants
Room 17 on top floor: Room was quite dirty; view overlooking a junkyard; sulfur smell when windows were open; no fourth bed when we requested prior to reservation - had to request multiple times late into the evening; some of the staff was not very friendly and misinformed us of transportation to the British museum; no where to hang anything in the bathroom; beds were very uncomfortable; some lights didn't work in the bathroom; shower temperature was inconsistent. The average rate high rating on booking did not reflect our experience.

The location was perfect for a concert at the Shepherd's Bush Empire, a 2 minute walk so when queuing you could nip back to the loo if you needed to!
The orthopedic mattress although new was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also the traffic from the main road was noisey, with the spot light shining through the curtains at night. The bathroom is very small but quite nice.

Room and ensuite both scrupulously clean and tidy; bed was very comfortable; excellent location for o2 Empire
Bath towel had seen better days and was fraying quite badly at the edges; decor could do with updating.

Convenient location for O2 Shepherds Bush Empire
Cleanliness of throw over bed could be better

The location is near the Holland park, in the Zone 2. Quite convenient to take the tube and bus.
The shower water is very weak. It is almost like leaking. There is no window in the attic room, but only a door to the "balcony". At summer night, the attic room is very hot. Either open the only door to cool the room down, or close door to keep safe but bare the heat.

the hotel has a fair price for its money considering that in london everything is more expensive. however it was a clean room for a nice stay.
the hotel room was too small, and furniture old, and sometimes there was noise from the traffic.and we thought internet should be for free, also its cheap enough compared to other places

Super handy location!
Location is fab, just 10 mins to the tube! Staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was simple but nice, boiled eggs and croissants hit the spot. Only weird thing was the noise at night from emergency vehicles, kinda annoying.
